Shipping Delivery Information

 

We strive to deliver 100% satisfaction to our customers at every step of the process. Unfortunately the journey between when the parcel leaves our warehouse and when it arrives at your door is completely out of our control. We do our best to ship out your parcel as fast as we can, but the speed in which the parcel is shipped is up to the courier company and not us. We advise customers to select faster and tracked shipping options if they're concerned about security and shipping duration of their order. We appreciate your understanding.

 

- Our shipping estimates are not guaranteed. They are simply a guideline on when you can expect to receive your order. Our Free shipping option is only available on orders under $250 CAD. Our Free shipping is only available within Canada.

- Once full payment has been received, your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days if the item is in stock. In the rare event that your order is processed and we are out of stock, we will inform you immediately and offer to refund your order or transfer the invoice to our back-order list, and will be fulfilled as soon as we receive our stock.

- Unforeseeable events may delay your order for more than a few days. If your shipment hasn't been shipped within 3 business days please contact us through our contact page. Natural disasters, weather, postal disruptions, etc. are out of our control. If we become aware, we will inform any and all customers that may be potentially affected by a certain event that would delay their parcel.

- We are not responsible for lost/damaged items involved in transit, as well as parcels showing as "delivered" from tracked services.

Lettermail (Free Shipping): Generally arrives within 3-8 business days. *May be longer

 

Regular Parcel: Generally arrives within 2 - 7 business days.

 

Xpresspost: Generally arrives within 1 - 4 business days

 

Important: Our free shipping option is delivered by Canada Post Lettermail. Although they promise to deliver by 8 business days, we've experienced some customers receiving their parcel beyond this time frame.

We use Lettermail as a way to pass off the savings to the customer and offer free shipping on all orders within Canada. By selecting our free shipping option, you're accepting an understanding that your parcel may arrive beyond the expected time frame. If you're concerned about your parcel arriving later than expected, we advise our customers to select one of our paid shipping options that include a tracking # such as Xpresspost or regular parcel.

Our FREE SHIPPING option is shipped by Lettermail service through Canada Post. Our free shipping is applicable for orders under $250.

You will receive a tracking number within 3 business days if your shipment applies for trackable shipping. If you haven't received a tracking number in 3 business days and you paid for tracking, please contact us on our contact page.

We generally process and ship orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or any major holiday will not be shipped until the following business day. Our shipping department and customer support will be unavailable on Saturdays, Sundays, and any national and/or international holidays, including Canadian holidays.

If you require an item to be shipped through a specific shipping courier that's not listed in the shipping options, please contact us through our contact page. We will be more than happy to try our best to accommodate your request. Note: extra shipping and handling charges may apply.

We do not make any guarantees for when the shipment will arrive for you to pick up. Once our shipment leaves our location we are not liable nor responsible for any delays, loss in transit, incorrect shipping address, damage to the product due to shipping, and any other unforeseeable events. If the shipment gets sent back to us for any reason, the buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges to re-ship the product.

Shipping estimates are determined at the checkout when the buyer inputs their shipping address. Shipping charges may be determined, but not limited to, size of the product, quantities added to cart, weight, location, shipping courier, service, and time of year. We constantly check and ensure current shipping pricing to offer our customers the cheapest price. We do not profit from shipping costs.

Shipping charges are non-negotiable. All product pricing, taxes, and shipping & handling charges are subject to change at any time by NuView Protection.
