If you are not satisfied with your purchase, wish to return your order, or exchange an item within 30 days from purchase, you may follow the steps to process your return.

 

BEFORE YOU START

Please read our bullet points below to ensure your aware of our requirements and processes so your return goes smoothly without any problems. If you are concerned about anything not covered in our terms, feel free to contact us with your question and we will happily assist you.

 

- You will need an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization number) before shipping out your parcel. Once you contact us and your return submission is approved, you will be provided with the special number that attaches your return file with the item you want to return.

 

- You will write this RMA # on the outside of the parcel package (not the product packaging) before dropping it off at the post office. writing on the product packaging will be considered damaged.

 

- To be granted a full refund you must have all packaging materials and accessories in unused condition. Failure to provide all accessories or if the accessories are used/damaged your refund will will be charged a $10 CAD restocking fee.

 

- We will refund your purchase amount for the item only. Any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase, and the cost to return the item back to us for the refund is the customers responsibility and not refunded.

 

- Item must be purchased from us directly. You will require your order # to be able to verify your purchase from us. Your First and Last name on the order must match the name on the contact form.

All of our products are covered under our 30 day money back refund plan. We will allow returns for any reason within 30 days of receiving your product.

To file a return or exchange please go to our "contact" page which you will then proceed to fill out our form for our customer service. Please include your order number and a reason why you are wanting to return your item. If approved you will receive an RMA number. Please write this number on the outside of the SHIPPING package (not the product packaging). Please write this number clearly with a black marker preferably. BEFORE proceeding to our contact page please read all of our conditions for returns and exchanges below.

ALL returns require prior authorization from our company in the form of a RMA number. Without an RMA number we will deny any and all returns. Any item we receive for a return without an RMA number will be voided and we will keep the item without ANY reimbursement for shipping costs, product costs, and any other fees.

Returns are only accepted if the purchase was made directly through our website www.nuviewprotection.ca. You will be required to contact the respective seller from which you bought the product from for returns if our product was purchased anywhere else. We reserve the right to deny any refunds if the item was bought from anywhere except directly from www.nuviewprotection.ca or failure to provide proof of purchase from us. This proof can be in a form of an order number, credit card/bank statement, or serial number (on our authenticity slip included with your product).

Buyer is responsible for ensuring they order the correct product for their model of device. If the buyer wishes to exchange a product for a different model, the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the wrong item, plus the shipping for us to send the correct model. We will not send out the exchanged product until we receive the wrong item for the buyer that wishes to exchange their item(s).If we are to blame for an incorrect item shipped, we will either (A) send a pre-paid shipping label, or reimbursement the customer the shipping to return the item back to us, or (B) allow you to keep the product, and we will send out the correct item free of charge in product cost and shipping & handling.

Returned product must be in the original packaging with everything it came with. Refunds will not be granted if the returned product is missing any contents it was shipped with. Open packaging is acceptable as long as all contents are not damaged in anyway or form, contents has not been used, installed, or modified. Any accessories that have been opened, used, or modified will void your return. Any returned product that doesn't meet our
requirements will not be issued a refund.

Customer is responsible for the shipping for the return of a product. We are not responsible at all for any shipments for returns. We do not cover lost shipments made by the customer for a return. We recommend shipping your return product with a tracking number to ensure where it is and when we receive the product.

We will not refund the shipping costs made by the buyer from the original purchase. Only the product cost will be fully refunded from the payment source of your original payment.

Items shipped with our (ADC) accidental damage coverage includes an authenticity slip with a serial number attached. The serial number attached to the returned item will be voided and will no longer be able to be used or claimed.

Once we receive the returned product, it may take up to 2 business days to refund your purchase. Refunds will not be issued if the returned product doesn't fall under our terms and conditions above.
